Arguments & Grievances | The Original Live Debate Show

  • Brennan’s Work and Leisure 3015 Locust Street St. Louis, MO 63103 United States (map)

Arguments & Grievances is a live debate comedy show in which contestants - from comedians to CEOs to your great Aunt Helen - debate outlandish topics with audiences choosing the victor. An outrageous enterprise exploring the heated issues of the day!

This month’s debate topics:
Top Gun (Kenny Kinds) vs. Top Golf (Adam Lough)
Aldi's (Kate Vermann) vs. Kaldi's (Kevin White)
Hanson (Emily Hickner) vs. Branson (Brandon Judd)

Half comedy show, half rhetorical fight to the death, Arguments & Grievances is an impressive showing of live comedy, absurdity, and engaging fun.

Prizes for Best Debater of the Night and winners include cash payouts, sometimes lame gift cards, but definitely bragging rights.

$5 in advance, $10 at the door
Doors: 7:00 p.m. / Show: 8:00 p.m.

About A&G
Arguments & Grievances began in 2006 as an original platform for mildly inappropriate verbal jousts about culture’s most important yet completely insignificant subject matter. The live debate show started in Saint Louis and is now a multi-city movement with events in Chicago, New York, and Denver. Past debate topics include Hollywood v. Dollywood, David Lee Roth v. Sammy Hagar, Russell Crowe v. Russell Stover and Mike Tyson v. Neil Degrasse Tyson.

Make a point, make fun, get a laugh, share a perspective, conquer your fear of public speaking or simply take it all in and be entertained. It’s as heavy as Lou Gehrig v. Lou Gehrig’s Disease and as light as Blondes v. Brunettes. It's coming to a stage near you.
